Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. We currently only accept orders from the UK.

We use Paypal as our credit card processor and through them you can use all major credit and debit cards. When making payment through Paypal your details are processed securely by Paypal and are not sent to us. We do not have access to these details. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet and we can process your payment from here, but online payment are dealt with through Paypal.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling There is a charge of £8.99 for orders under £150. Orders above £150 qualify for free delivery. If placing an order for 50,000 cello bags or more yoru order may be delivered on a pallet. If this is not acceptable it is imperative that you let us know. If you have to turn away a pallet delivery you will be liable for the cost of sending the pallet to you and returning it to us. There must also be someone there for the delivery of a pallet. We will advise when palleted deliveries are being sent.

Most orders are sent using a courier and most are sent the next workind day after an order is placed. In some cases this is not possible and it may take three or four working days before an order can be sent out. Again, this is unusual and you will be informed if this is the case.
Delivery Schedule The majority of order are sent out the next working day after your order is placed. In some circumstances it is not possible to send out order for up to three or for working days after the order is placed. If this is the case you will be informed of the slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

Orders for 1000 cello bags are usually sent by Royal Mail. Orders above 1000 cello bags are normally sent by courier, either DHL or UPS. Bulk deliveries of over 50,000 cello bags may be sent using a pallet carrier, although not always. If you cannot accept palleted deliveries it is imperative you advise us.
Back Orders If is extremely unusual that items are not available for dispatch. Should there be a problem with fulfilling your order immediately you will be advised as soon as we can. It is not envisaged that any orders should be delayed for more than 3 to 4 days after the placement of an order as all goods are in constant production and there shouldn't be a case of lengthy delays in new stock being ready for dispatch. Of course, if this should happen you will be advised and given the option to cancel that part or the whole of the order, or of course to wait for the complete order to be ready, or even have your order delivered in two shipments.
Tax Charges We are currently not VAT registered so prices listed are the price you pay, but do not include a reclaimable amount of VAT as we cannot supply you with a VAT invoice.
Credit Card Security Credit cards are processed by Paypal using their very high level, secure encryption service. We do not receive details of your credit cards, only details that payment has been made successfully. Please make sure that when you make payment online with any retailer that the page is secure.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. You are entitled to return your order within 14 days of receipt. You must advise us of any returns before sending them. Faulty or damaged stock must be noted immediately. Any damage in transit should be noted with the carrier when signing for the delivery. Problems with faulty stock due to manufacturing processes should be lodged within 7 days or receipt.

Privacy Policy PDS Arts do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Remittance Terms Cleared payment is due before orders can be dispatched. We do not offer account facilities. You can pay using all major credit and debit cards online through our payment gateway or contact us so we can process your card payment. We also accept personal and business cheques which will need clearing before we can dispatch your order.
